| Since 2018,the capacity of the cross-border e-commerce market has gradually become saturated,and the dividend period is approaching its end.Its environment has shifted from a distribution model to a boutique operation model,gradually shifting from spreading the internet to focusing on products for operation.Until the impact of the epidemic began in 2020,there was a certain change in the previous operation philosophy of "product first".The quality of products remains crucial,but in response to increasingly fierce competition,small and micro enterprises must gradually change their previous development model that focused on "product+marketing" to ensure efficient operation and reduce unnecessary costs.This will focus on optimizing the enterprise’s strategy and management at each link of the supply chain.This paper takes T cross-border e-commerce company as a case study.Firstly,the research background and significance of supply chain management optimization of T cross-border e-commerce companies are introduced,and then the research methods and contents are proposed.Secondly,it describes the current situation of the company’s operation and supply chain management.Through the analysis of the problems encountered by the research object,the causes are analyzed.Similar to most small and micro cross-border trading companies,there are management problems in cooperation with suppliers,e-commerce operation,logistics selection and information system construction.Based on what we have learned and the company’s supply chain situation,we propose corresponding solutions to the supply chain components of suppliers,operations,logistics and information systems.Finally,it also provides safeguard measures for the countermeasures.This paper aims to find the supply chain management optimization model suitable for the development of T cross-border e-commerce companies.Through the optimization research on the supply chain management of T cross-border e-commerce company,we hope to improve the company’s supply chain management level,achieve cost reduction and efficiency increase,and enhance competitiveness.At the same time,this kind of experience can also be extended to similar enterprises,bringing certain reference value. |
