| Lean Production derive from Toyota Production System,since its birth to now,it applications from auto industry to manufacturing field and extend to all trades and professions,in order to continue improve the competition more and more company introduce the lean production.At the Background of China manufacture upgrade and transformation,use lean theory and quantity analysis tools find company problems in lean journey,introduce lean and digital tools improve management level,its meaningful that integrate lean tools application to performance,improvement management level and performance result.This thesis base on the T-company current lean production as background,study this company’s implement lean strategy.Introduce the continue improvement of all staff,manufacture logistic improvement,quick change over and mistake proofing,flexible lines,material replenish and flow,andon system etc.lean theory in detail,which is future basis of improvement solution and implement.Base on these lean relative theory,according to compare with benchmark and quantity analysis,find T-company have the following aspects need to improve when the lean implement.Inventory turns is low,high manufacture defects,material replenish and flow lead time to long,some production line inflexible and capacity utilization rate low,andon response and dispose spend long time.These problem impact on routine operation and productivity improvement,try to find the root cause of the problems and design the improvement solution.Via value stream mapping,quality improve,Kanban pull,quick change over and mistake proofing,andon system fields improve lean application level.Tracking the effects of improvement solution tacking,according to standard work and system sustain the long term results. |
