Nowadays,with the rapid economic development and fierce market competition,the importance of human resource management in the process of enterprise development has become increasingly prominent,and the salary system is at the core of human resource management.Whether the salary system design is reasonable or not is directly related to whether an enterprise can motivate employees to serve the enterprise better and attract outstanding talents from the society to join the enterprise.A high-quality salary system can ensure the stable and efficient operation of enterprise human resources management.This study combed the relevant literature at home and abroad,summed up the relevant theories of salary system,analyzed the present situation,existing problems and reasons of YS company’s salary system through questionnaires and personal interviews,and put forward the optimization scheme of YS company’s salary system and its implementation safeguard measures.According to the research,there are six problems in YS company’s salary system,such as irregular salary system management,low salary level,unreasonable salary structure,poor fairness of salary system,irregular salary adjustment system and low satisfaction with welfare.This paper puts forward the optimization scheme of YS company’s salary system from three aspects: optimization ideas,optimization objectives and principles,and optimization contents.The optimization includes standardizing the management of the company’s salary system,optimizing the salary structure,and optimizing the company’s welfare system.The safeguard measures for the implementation of YS Company’s optimization plan put forward in this paper are: setting up a special reform leading group,standardizing the relevant management system of salary system,strengthening staff training and communication,strictly implementing optimization measures,etc.The salary standard and welfare system for special posts proposed in this paper have certain practical reference value.This study has certain reference significance for small and medium-sized private construction enterprises to improve their salary system and human resource management level.
