Recently,based on the unprecedented favorable domestic economic situation and splendid talent resources,more and more foreign companies are deciding to set up new branches in the Chinese domestic market.A considerable number of foreign companies of IT have also established branches in China to provide global advanced technology services such as R & D and digital transformation,as well as to provide talent services for the global customers.However,in the case of the high demand for China domestic IT human resources,foreign enterprises are facing the most severe challenges in terms of brain drain,employee motivation and employee satisfaction.Not only the technical capabilities,but also the English level for talents is highly required by these foreign companies.Nowadays,the IT industry of domestic and foreign enterprises has also gradually developed,such as Ernst & Young,Accenture,IBM and other foreign companies.These companies are very famous in the whole industry and even in the world,what’s more important is that the human resource management model and employee motivation management regulations of these large companies are more standardized and complete.How to deal with challenges such as employee motivation,talent attraction and personnel stability has brought unprecedented challenges to some domestic IT foreign companies.To better meet the challenges,taking E foreign capital company as the research object,fully penetrate the company’s status,employee characteristics,and existing motivation status.Based on the relevant employee motivation theory,this paper arranges and analyzes the current situation of the employee motivation mechanism of IT employees in E foreign capital company through the questionnaire survey,take statistical analysis and summarized analysis of the employee satisfaction based on questionnaire raw data.Combined with the mature motivation theory,it proposes improvements to the issues reflected in the data.Firstly,the research background and research methods of the paper are introduced,including the research methods needed in this paper.Focus on the main characteristics of IT employees,and analyze in detail the common and practical mature motivation theories.Afterwards,it focuses on analyzing the overall situation,personnel composition and motivation status of E foreign companies,and deeply interprets the current situation of E foreign companies.Combined with the design and collection of questionnaires,the problems existing in employee motivation are excavated through data analysis.Finally,combined with the relevant theoretical knowledge of motivations,for the IT employees of E foreign companies,proposals and plans to improve employee incentives and escort measures.Through theoretical and practical investigation,this paper disclosed and analyzed the issues in the employee motivation aspects of material and non-material,etc.The survey found that the main problems are that the material employee motivations have some gaps between E foreign capital company and market,the working environment needs to be improved,and most employees lack non-material incentives.To a certain extent,this has led to a decline in the satisfaction of the IT employees of the E foreign company,thereby reducing the work motivation and satisfaction of the company’s key IT technical employees.Therefore,the improvement measures for talent incentives for IT employees of E foreign company are put forward,which have great positive benefits for the future development of E foreign company and to deal with the fiercely competitive IT talent market.Meanwhile,it can also provide valuable reference for some other foreign capital companies also IT companies in human resources management.
