| The real estate industry has become a pillar industry in China in21th Century. With the development of our national economy, the real estate industry has experienced rapid growth and significant adjustment of macroeconomic policy, which is facing the intense market competition and the considerable business risk. Because the time length of most real estate enterprises to participate market competition is very short, the research of human resources management lacks relatively which is apparent contrast with the high speed growth. In the business and management process of real estate enterprises, lack of motivation and employee turnover problem have become the industry phenomenon. Motivation is an important content of human resource management, research on how to effectively motivate employees, stimulate their enthusiasm and creativity, is of great theoretical and realistic significance for attracting, retaining and developing talents, enhancing the core competitiveness, and the realization of enterprise strategic target.This thesis takes SHZ Company as the research object, based on motivation theory, follows the logical order as raising question--analyzing problem--solving problem. The thesis is divided into five parts.The first part mainly introduces the research background and the significance, research objects and content, research ideas and methods.The second part is the literature review, first of all, a clear incentive is defined; secondly, briefing the domestic and foreign scholars’research findings on the motivation theory; at last, introducing the current incentive methods and practical experience in Chinese real estate enterprises.In the third part, a problem has been put forward. Firstly, briefly introduce the SHZ Company’s development course and the present situation, the company’s organization structure, staff composition and main characteristics of the staff. On this basis, research the SHZ Company’s employee satisfaction with the method of questionnaire survey to. According to the statistics of the questionnaire and interviews with staff, analyze the incentive situation and problems of SHZ Company.The fourth part is to analyze the problem. From the concept of human resource management, incentive methods and means, the performance management system, and the construction of enterprise culture perspectives to research the problems of SHZ company’s employee incentive.In the fifth part the problem has been solved. The way to deal with the situation of SHZ company’s employee incentive problems has been proposed from the aspects of salary system, spirit incentive, performance management system, employee occupation career management and training, as well as the building of enterprise culture, so as to guide the work of human resource management practice, improve the attraction of talent and employee loyalty, enhance the company’s competition ability. |
