Research On Comprehensive Evaluation Of Transformation Ability Of China’s Provincial Scientific And Technological Achievements

The transformation and development of scientific and technological achievements in my country’s provinces is uneven,the fundamental reason behind it lies in the differences in the ability to transform scientific and technological achievements.The ability to transform scientific and technological achievements has been comprehensively rated.According to the obtained evaluation scores and results,the relevant regions are ranked and ranked,so as to better achieve the expected research goals of the full text.Through the research of this paper,the main research conclusions are as follows:First,based on methods such as literature research and expert interviews,this paper develops and obtains a set of comprehensive evaluation index system for the transformation ability of scientific and technological achievements in my country.The index system mainly includes: It is composed of four aspects: innovation ability,acceleration ability,industrialization ability and guarantee ability;second,according to the comprehensive evaluation results of my country’s scientific and technological achievements transformation ability,it can be seen that the top three provinces with the most outstanding scientific and technological achievements transformation ability in China are Guangdong and Beijing respectively.and Jiangsu;thirdly,according to the conclusions obtained in this paper,targeted countermeasures and suggestions are given for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in various provinces in my country.
