In recent years, scientific research level of Zhenjiang City made rapid development, the number of Zhenjiang Province science and technology plan project are 195,203,215 from 2012 to 2014. Finally, according to the results of the evaluation, we propose suggestions to strengthen the transformation ability of scientific and technological achievements in Zhenjiang City.
