In recent years,the development of China’s auto finance industry has taken on a brandnew shape.The domestic transportation infrastructure keeps running at a high level,and people’s demand for car purchase is increasing day by day,which is beneficial to the development and growth of the auto finance market,and at the same time,the demand for talents exceeds supply,which hinders the development of auto finance companies.Then,holding a competent and experienced talent team is an important guarantee for the company to survive and develop continuously in the highly competitive market economy.This paper analyzes and studies the loss of regional managers in C Auto Finance Co.,Ltd..First of all,on the basis of the relevant research background,this paper defines the concepts of auto finance,regional managers and brain drain by combing the research status at home and abroad,and then expounds Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,herzberg’s two-factor theory and Adams’ equity theory,which provides a solid theoretical foundation for the following writing.Secondly,combined with the actual situation of C Auto Finance Co.,Ltd.,this paper analyzes the current situation of regional managers,the current situation of loss and the current situation of human resources management,and explains the impact of the loss of regional managers on the company,including wasting the company’s human cost,affecting the normal development of the company’s business,seriously weakening the cohesion of the company,damaging the company’s image and reputation,etc.Thirdly,using scientific research methods such as questionnaire survey and in-depth interview,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the loss of regional managers in C Auto Finance Co.,Ltd.,and studies it from the individual level,the company level and the social level respectively.Finally,adhering to the principle of solving and optimizing problems,we should formulate feasible optimization strategies:optimizing the recruitment and training system,constructing a reasonable and scientific promotion system,establishing a competitive salary and welfare system,and improving performance appraisal and incentive methods.C Auto Finance Co.,Ltd.belongs to the relatively new auto finance field in China.This paper combines the auto finance field with the problem of brain drain,and the research conclusions will be more distinctive and innovative.The investigation and analysis of the loss of regional managers in C Auto Finance Co.,Ltd.has a very realistic guiding significance for solving the loss of regional managers in this company.It can not only effectively reduce the loss of regional managers and improve the level of human resources management,but also provide some references and suggestions for other similar companies to solve the loss of regional managers.
