The Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of State-owned Idle Land Management In Pengzhou City

In recent years,the continuous emergence of idle state-owned land has caused a serious waste of land resources in China.The rapid economic development throughout the country is accompanied by a gradual increase in the demand for state-owned construction land,and the current large amount of idle state-owned land has seriously affected the guarantee of economic development in terms of land,and the effective disposal of idle state-owned land has become an important element of land management work nowadays,for which the government has introduced various relevant laws and regulations to try to achieve the efficient use of limited land resources.This paper analyzes the basic situation of idle state-owned land in Pengzhou city,the main practices of management and utilization,and the main problems and causes of idle state-owned land in Pengzhou city,based on the practice of Pengzhou city government on the management of idle state-owned land,and takes the national policies and related theories and technologies as the guiding basis to suggest how to reduce the continual generation of idle state-owned land and the reasonable disposal of existing idle state-owned land.The study also proposes solutions to improve the supervision mechanism,improve the efficiency of disposal and improve the relevant system according to the local conditions.Based on the municipal level of Pengzhou City,this study investigates the disposal of idle state-owned land in remote suburban areas of large cities,identifies the laws of development,and proposes strategies for the use of idle land that can be replicated to provide a basis for solving the problem of idle land.
