| Rural Rural land circulation is an effective approach to the intensive management of rural land resources.Rural land circulation can improve the efficiency of land use,promote agricultural scale and intensive production and management,and is of great significance in solving the current problems of rural land fragmentation and low output and high cost in China.Taking Weixian County,Hebei Province as an example,this thesis conducts a survey and research on land transfer in Weixian County using methods such as questionnaire survey and on-site interviews.In recent years,the scale of land transfer in Weixian County has achieved a high level of development,with a total transfer area of 450000 mu,including 300000 mu of land for large-scale transfer.The transfer method has gradually shifted from traditional transfer methods to modern transfer methods,with a diversified development trend in transfer methods,transfer subjects,and agricultural business entities.Through land transfer,Weixian County has diversified farmers’ income sources and increased their income.At the same time,the implementation of land transfer in Weixian County has improved the utilization and output rate of rural land in Weixian County,and also promoted the integrated development of the primary,secondary,and tertiary industries in Weixian County.However,at the same time,there are still some issues to be improved and resolved in the process of rural land transfer in Weixian County,such as: low awareness of farmers about land transfer,incomplete land transfer market,non-standard land transfer process,incomplete land transfer security mechanism,frequent land transfer disputes,and the occurrence of "non grain" phenomenon after land transfer.Aiming at the existing problems,combined with the actual situation of land circulation in Weixian County and existing relevant laws and policies,the thesis proposes targeted solutions,such as improving farmers’ awareness,establishing and improving the land circulation market,improving the land circulation supervision system,standardizing the circulation behavior,improving the security mechanism after land circulation,resolving farmers’ land circulation disputes through multiple channels,and establishing a long-term "non grain" circulation mechanism. |
