Nowadays,the competition of enterprises is mainly about talents.More and more enterprises realize the importance of talents for their own development,and gradually raise the requirements for talent recruitment.Recruitment is an important part of enterprise human resource management and one of the main ways for enterprises to obtain talents.If an enterprise wants to obtain a good survival and development space,it cannot do without excellent management team and high-quality staff team,and the construction of these teams cannot do without the recruitment of relevant personnel.The success of personnel recruitment is directly related to the survival and development of the organization.Recruitment,as a basic link of human resources management,is an important way for enterprises to obtain excellent talents.Through nearly 20 years of operation and development,DZ Group has gradually formed a diversified group structure.At present,it has many secondary subsidiaries and subsidiaries in four major sectors of real estate industry,business management,security group and other industries.DZ Group does not strictly control all links in the recruitment system,which restricts the implementation of recruitment work of DZ Group.If DZ Group does not have a perfect recruitment system,the talent demand cannot match the company’s strategic development,which will also seriously affect the company’s business.This paper mainly uses the methods of literature analysis,questionnaire survey and case analysis to analyze the problems existing in the recruitment of DZ Group Holding Company.At present,there are unscientific human resources recruitment planning,imperfect talent management system,a large number of holding companies with inconsistent recruitment standards,a single recruitment channel,and timeliness problems caused by cumbersome recruitment processes,which affect the normal operation of the entire recruitment system,It is difficult to play a real role in the enterprise.Through the targeted optimization of the original recruitment system for the DZ Group,we formulated feasible optimization measures for the problems in the recruitment system,mainly from the three aspects of recruitment tools,recruitment channels and recruitment evaluation.At the same time,the company provides safeguard measures from multiple perspectives,such as its own system,culture,technology and capital.DZ Group has improved and optimized the recruitment system,and has greatly improved the optimization mode.It has changed from single management to multiple management and control,and has built a talent internet recruitment thinking through the application of information technology such as the Internet.After a series of optimization measures,the recruitment work of DZ Group has been improved.
