Small and medium-sized enterprises' contribution to the economy has become more and more great.SME development index(SMEDI)has become an important indicator to China's economic development.At present,the downward pressure on the cycle and structural adjustment,economic growth slowed,PPI inflation,as well as the excess capacity and other signs of becoming increasingly apparent.To implement the central economic survey supply reform policy,the development of SMEs has become real important.At present,the majority of small and medium enterprises are still in the state of extensive management.Therefore,how to establish an innovative organization structure which is suitable for SMEs' development has its significant meaning.As well as to improve the efficiency of the management and help them to lead the market.In this article,the organizational structure of A company as the research object,using a questionnaire survey and comprehensive staff interviews,analysis of the current system of the pros and cons.Combined with the related theories at home and abroad on the basis of in-depth research,existing problems and problems of human resource allocation,organization structure based on the analysis of the organizational structure of the reconstruction of the system of A company,and configuration,the critical position management process optimization,human resource allocation and market oriented organizational structure improvement and other aspects detailed analysis and design the organizational structure of A company.It is stated in this article,the reconstruction of market oriented organization system effectively established the company organization vitality.It solved the old internal management issue,but brought certain weaknesses.Employee satisfaction and organizational structure do not suit for the enterprise operation well.the company's organizational structure and the allocation of human resources,competency and quality analysis perfect mode and key job responsibilities and clear,to promote the upgrading of enterprise human resources management,clear development and objectives of the company.The conclusion of this study,can help the management to gain a clear enterprise development vision,establish team learning and systematic thinking habits,to achieve self transcendence,let the organization for the healthy development of enterprises to create the core competitiveness of the development of research also has certain enlightenment function.
