Study On The Service Function Of Farmer Specialized Cooperatives In Dangyang City

Dangyang city as a large agricultural city,agriculture is the main economic source of the city,increasing agricultural income has become a very important task of the city.Construction of farmers’ cooperatives is beneficial to increase farmers’ income,and the service function of farmers’ professional co-operatives,perfect or not,affects the construction,therefore,the study of dangyang farmers’ professional co-operatives service function,advance the construction of dangyang farmers’ professional co-operatives better,thus to drive the dangyang throughout the region’s economic development.Farmer specialized cooperative is a self-serving organization,members are not only an important part of the specialized cooperative,but also the most direct and effective object to evaluate the service function of the specialized cooperative.Whether the members are satisfied or not directly reflects the implementation of the service function of professional cooperatives.Based on this,the research object of this paper is the members of various professional cooperatives,and the research method is mainly adopted by questionnaire survey.By distributing questionnaires to the members on the satisfaction of the service function of professional cooperatives,the following problems were found out: insufficient supply of agricultural materials;Agricultural machinery quality is not high: lack of young technical personnel;Lack of professional and effective production technology;Access to information is not advanced;Imbalance between supply and demand of capital services;Organizing the production and operation process is not standardized;Unified cultivation/single breeding method;The selling ability of agricultural products is defective;Weak product transportation capacity;Processing service integration is not high.In view of the practical problems existing in professional cooperatives in Dangyang City,this paper further analyzes the causes of these problems: the rules and regulations and internal governance structure of professional cooperatives are not standard enough;Professional cooperatives have no perfect service system;The service quality of professional cooperatives is not high;The trend of capitalization and corporatization of professional cooperatives has become stronger.The government has less policy publicity and less support for professional cooperatives.Combined with the causes of service problems in Dangyang City,this paper gives corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,and thinks that professional cooperatives in Dangyang city should formulate reasonable rules and regulations;Professional cooperatives should strengthen the provision of information and capital services;We should perfect the service system of professional cooperatives and improve the service quality of professional cooperatives.To actively encourage a variety of sponsors to establish professional cooperatives;To improve the management ability of managers;It is necessary to strengthen the government’s propaganda and training policies for professional cooperatives and strengthen the government’s support for professional cooperatives.
