| With the continuous advancement of information technology in China,the competition in the software training industry is becoming increasingly fierce.In order to remain invincible in the fierce market competition,it is necessary to attach importance to the management of talent,especially the incentive work for knowledge workers,because knowledge workers are the main body of innovation and creation in enterprises,and are a key component of the core competitiveness of enterprises.Effective incentive measures can encourage knowledge workers to maximize their potential and create the highest value for the enterprise.Therefore,studying the incentive issues of knowledge workers and proposing effective incentive measures is of great significance for the survival and development of enterprises.This paper takes the knowledge workers of Y Software Training Company as the research object,Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,Frum’s expectancy theory,and Porter and Lawler’s comprehensive incentive theory as the analysis framework,and uses employee interviews and questionnaires to analyze the incentive status of the knowledge workers of Y Software Training Company Insufficient internal motivation at work,and superficial corporate culture.At the same time,investigate the development and implementation of company rules and regulations,and deeply explore the reasons for the company’s incentive problems,mainly including the following three points: outdated management concepts,inadequate integration of incentive goals with strategic goals,and outdated management methods for knowledge workers.In response to the existing incentive issues in the company,this article proposes five optimization suggestions,namely: improving satisfaction with salary and benefits,implementing scientific career management,improving the position promotion system,strengthening internal motivation in work,and implementing the incentive effect of the corporate culture.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the above incentive optimization scheme for knowledge workers,the following three safeguards need to be taken:(1)In terms of ideology,the company’s management should change the concept of talent management and increase the emphasis on the incentive work of knowledge workers;(2)In terms of regulations,other rules and regulations of the company should provide support for motivating knowledge workers;(3)In terms of economy,managers should prepare a budget for motivating knowledge workers based on the actual situation of the company,ensuring the smooth implementation of various incentive measures.This article provides an in-depth analysis of the motivation issues for knowledge workers in Y Software Training company and proposes specific optimization plans.It is hoped that this can significantly improve the satisfaction of knowledge workers with salary and benefits,maximize the role of career development,job promotion,and internal motivation factors in the work,help Y Software Training company form a positive and collaborative cultural atmosphere,and effectively solve the motivation problems currently faced by Y Software Training company,To lay a solid foundation for the company to achieve its ambitious strategic goals. |
