Knowledge human capital had become the core competitiveness of enterprises in the eraof knowledge economy. If a company wants to enhance the core competitiveness and becomea leader in the fierce competition, it is necessary to improve their core competitiveness.Today, young knowledge workers have become the company’s mainstream force, obviously,in order to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises; we must grasp the motivatingfactors of young knowledge workers. However, a lot of problems appear in the process ofmanaging this special group of people, incentive strategies are vacant. Aimed at the questionthis paper study the motivating factor of young knowledge workers for enterprise whoseyoung knowledge workers to become mainstreamBased on previous theory and research conclusions, this paper makes model and doesempirical analysis and then gets the results. First of all, according to previous scholars for thecharacteristics of young employees as well as the knowledge workers, and the analysis of theenvironmental factors of the formation of the young knowledge workers’ characteristicsexploring their needs. And then refining motivating factor for knowledge workers based onscholars motivation theory and knowledge workers incentive factors. Then, I conducted aquestionnaire survey of employees with different ages, different genders, different educationlevels, different work experience, and different jobs. The paper identified the motivatingfactor for young knowledge workers initially and put forward hypotheses and the relationalmodel through quantitative analysis. Finally, I continue to carry out the survey against theincentives for young knowledge workers, use the SPSS and LISREL software to makestatistical analysis, verify the assumptions, leading to the conclusion.We have identified motivating factors for young knowledge workers, they were dividedinto four aspects, personal growth, business achievements, work factors and repay, including12motivators, learning, training, promotion opportunities, career development, the ability toplay, work challenges, participation in decision-making, business prospects, leadershipqualities, work environment, wage income, allowances, subsidies, employee benefits.Different background characteristics of young knowledge workers have different feelings formotivating factor, business managers need to carry out targeted incentives. The study results provide theoretical support for the future study for young knowledge workers and provide thebasis for the management of young knowledge workers.
