Research On The Development And Influencing Factors Of Homelays In Haotang Village,Xinyang City

In recent years,the implementation of China’s rural revitalization strategy has accelerated the development of rural industries,promoted the adjustment of industrial structure and the optimal allocation of resources,so as to derive the rural tourism industry developed by relying on home stay.The vast majority of rural areas in China have good natural endowment,containing a strong rural traditional culture background,and tourists’ demand for the quality of rural tourism accommodation is also increasing.Based on this background,rural homestay give full play to their own advantages to join the rapidly growing new tourism business in China.Therefore,the research on the characteristic,scale and cluster of rural homestay is of great significance to guide the rapid development of rural homestay and effectively promote the rural revitalization and the upgrading of tourism.This paper is based on the rural revitalization strategy,agricultural multi-function theory and industrial integration theory,using the literature research method,combined with field visits,analysis the rise of the factors and development trend of home stay facility,at the same time use the descriptive statistical analysis evaluation Xinyang Hao Tang villagers problems existing in the process of development,build logistic measurement model,verify the Hao Tang villagers stay influence factors.The research shows that the age of the operator,whether the pricing of home stay is reasonable and whether there is a fun project have a positive correlation on the development of Hao Tang village,and the number of family labor force,guest capacity,operating time,market supervision,governance structure and industrial cluster.In general,the development of Hao Tang villagers is slow,and there is more room for improvement.It has a certain level in entertainment projects,pricing,service and reception,but there are still deficiencies in the publicity and standardization of home stay,staff education and training,governance and industrial cluster.On the basis of analysis,combined with the development trend of Hao Tang,the following four aspects should change the thinking and professional training,constructing the modern business concept,broaden the publicity approach;Throughout the development of the Hao Tang,focus on the standard,improve the facilities,optimizing the reception place and service consciousness;strengthen the industry supervision,implement the responsibility subject,build the local culture atmosphere,and deepen the incentive mechanism,the government increases the policy and financial support.
