Scientific research has entered the era of global openness and collaborative innovation of “big science”,the trend of cross-integration between disciplines,science and industry is showing an increasing trend of cross-integration,the traditional scientific research organization mode and implementation method have been difficult to adapt to and meet the needs of scientific research in the new era.As a multi-level,multi-element complex system embedded in the organization,the scientific research team has more obvious advantages in the transformation of scientific and technological innovation achievements.As the main force of scientific research and the carrier of scientific and technological innovation achievements,the innovative scientific research teams of public organizations such as universities and research institutes play an important role in accelerating national innovation and development.Innovation is a complex social interaction process,the improvement of team innovation performance depends on the overall coordination of researchers,the continuous implementation of innovation solutions,and the maximum realization of comprehensive innovation.Therefore,whether researchers can actively participate in it and actively play their initiative to promote the innovation performance of public organizations is a topic worthy of further study.In this paper,we clarify the conceptual definition,structural dimensions and measurement of proactive personality、leadership member exchange、team member exchange、mentoring relationship and team innovation performance and the current status of related research by combing related literature,the research hypothesis and the research model were constructed.Subsequently,the questionnaire was designed with the scale selected from the research staffs of universities and research institutes,and after the pre-research stage to adjust and improve some of the questions,it was formally distributed online,and finally 386 valid questionnaires were collected.This paper selected SPSS26.0 and AMOS26.0 software to empirically test the data,aiming to explore the influence mechanism of proactive personality on innovation performance of research teams,reveal the dual mediating role of leadership member exchange and team member exchange,and examine the moderating role of mentoring relationship.The findings indicate that:(1)proactive personality has a significant positive effect on team innovation performance;(2)both leader member exchange and team member exchange have a significant mediating effect between proactive personality and team innovation performance;(3)mentoring relationship not only positively moderates the positive relationship between leadership member exchange and team innovation performance,but also positively moderates the positive relationship between team member exchange and team innovation performance;(4)mentoring relationship positively moderates the mediating effects of both leader member exchange and team member exchange on the relationship between proactive personality and team innovation performance.The findings contribute to an in-depth understanding of the mediating mechanisms and boundary conditions between proactive personality and team innovation performance,and provide useful insights for team building management and innovation performance improvement in public organizations.Figure [4] table [24] reference [136]... |
