This paper adopts the research ideas of analyzing the current situation,putting forward problems,analyzing problems and solving problems for the purpose of increasing employee and enterprise performance on the basis of reading and studying the relevant literature of training management,closely combined with the development status of the group company and the company’s strategic objectives.Firstly,it makes a demand evaluation on the current situation of the employee training system of Aier ophthalmic optometry center,Propose scheme and system design from requirements;Combined with the application scenario of training,using Internet thinking and mode,this paper considers and explains the implementation steps and guarantee measures of the whole scheme,and finally draws the conclusion of this paper.On the basis of reading and studying the literature related to training management,closely combined with the development status of the group company and the company’s strategic objectives,combined with different management positions,this paper constructs a competency analysis model from the three levels of core quality,general quality and professional quality,and excavates the objective gap between the current employees and the target competency through competency test.At the same time,the subjective needs of employees for training are extracted through all-round training demand research.Based on the two-way combination of competency evaluation gap and training needs,clarify the design ideas,methods and contents of the training system.In the specific implementation process of training,highlight the whole process management of project system,and objectively evaluate the training effect,so as to continuously improve and iterate.In this paper,the research on the construction of the employee training system model of Aier Eye subject adjacent vision center has effective management and retention of employees,better realize the development strategy of the enterprise,make the enterprise win-win with employees,continue to maintain competitive advantage,and has effective exploration significance.At the same time,through the research of this paper,While maintaining the consistency of the training system for similar types of chain enterprises,it provides a certain reference significance and reference value for optimizing the scientificity,systematicness and effectiveness.
