At the beginning of the 19th century Europe engaged in engineering consulting services,in our country starts slowly development since 1980,now entered the period of high-speed development.Practical performance appraisal,helps to fully excavate potential individual employees,motivate employees' personal growth,promote the construction of enterprise culture and sustainable development.But in what is now the engineering consulting firms,most of the enterprise combining with the characteristics of engineering consulting industry and employees on the basis of their own design of performance appraisal system still exist many problems,need to be solved and ascend.This article selects Z engineering consulting company as the research object,in the understanding and master relevant theoretical knowledge and research on the basis of analyzing the case,optimize the Z company performance appraisal system.Mainly from the six modules were studied,The first part elaborated the paper selected topic background and significance,performance evaluation related theory and the main content and methods of research;The second part sums up the engineering consulting industry,and the characteristics of the industry,this paper introduces the background of Z company performance appraisal,including Z company profile,human resource management situation and whether the role of Z company performance appraisal is outstanding;The third part introduces the performance appraisal status quo of Z company,through the investigation,interviews and data collection,analysis the existing problems of performance appraisal and the reasons;The fourth part combined with the above summary of the advantages and disadvantages of Z company performance appraisal,to determine the optimal scheme,the optimized improvement from different aspects;The fifth part expounds the Z company performance appraisal improvement program and the connection between the other management system,to ensure that the new scheme can fall in the company management practice;The sixth part summarizes in Z company performance appraisal,and for subsequent Z company performance appraisal to optimize and improve the prediction.In this paper,the optimization of performance appraisal through Z company,in order to in subsequent strategy implementation process,help the improvement effect,optimization of Z company internal business processes,improve efficiency and service quality,External improve enterprise core competitiveness,and also hope to provide reference for other similar enterprises build a performance evaluation system.
