As China’s economy enters a new normal of medium-speed growth,structural adjustment and growth power transformation,interest rate and exchange rate marketization,financial disintermediation,Internet finance,etc.have intensified interbank competition,but also broadened the space for innovation,and the development of banks has ushered in both huge opportunities and severe challenges,and the era of survival of the fittest is coming.In this environment,banks must focus on building their core competencies.In order to meet market changes and competitive needs,major commercial banks have begun to vigorously cultivate internal talents,strengthen employee training,and strengthen the company’s talent management system from the employee training system.Bank A Xuzhou Branch has been established for 7 years since its establishment in 2016,and its strategic planning goals have changed from entering the C city market to deeply cultivating the region and increasing the market share,and from the start-up period to the rapid development period.In 2023,the number of sub-branches will increase to 12,achieving full coverage of the five districts and five counties of C city,the number of employees will increase to about 400,the number of sub-branches will triple and the number of employees will double.First,the basic theories related to employee training are explained.Secondly,the development status of Bank A Xuzhou Branch and the current situation of staff training system are analyzed,Bank A Xuzhou Branch has formed a general and branch linkage training system mechanism at this stage,and the training organization form of linkage and coordination of various departments,including the four major training contents of corporate culture training,new employee induction training,professional skills training and management training,as well as a teaching team composed of bank internal personnel,industry experts and external teachers.Then,the questionnaire survey method and interview method were used to reveal the problems in the branch’s staff training system,including the imperfect organizational structure,lack of pertinence in demand analysis,single training courses,internal trainer team to be improved,and irregular evaluation of training effects.Finally,in view of the problems existing in the training system of the branch,optimization countermeasures were put forward from the aspects of organizational structure,demand analysis,training courses,internal trainer team,and training effect evaluation,and suggestions were put forward for improving supporting measures from the aspects of all-round system guarantee construction,learning banking culture construction,and improving multi-dimensional organizational structure.This study has important practical significance and reference value for promoting the improvement of human resource management efficiency of Bank A Xuzhou Branch.This thesis has 7 figures,15 tables,and references of 61...
