| With the progress of urbanization and the change of Chinese people’s travel habits caused by the epidemic,suburban tour industry continues to develop,homestays in the suburbs can integrate natural landscape and rural life experiencem,are increasingly favored by tourists.However,the rapid development of suburban homestays also have many problems,which will have negative effects if not solved in time.The study introduces Tianding Mountain Homestay,the largest boutique homestay group in the suburbs of Changchun,comprehensively understands the development status of Tianding Mountain Homestay through literature research,field investigation and other methods,Then,based on stakeholder theory,using the Delphi method to determine the core stakeholders of the Tianding Mountain Homestay.By questionnaire survey,network text analysis and other methods to analyze the interest demands of core stakeholders.Finally,according to the degree of their demands,analyze the problems and deficiencies in the development of Tianding Mountain Homestay,and puts forward targeted development strategies based on the characteristics of the homestay in suburbs.The study found that the core stakeholders of Tianding Mountain Homestay are the government,homestay operators,local villagers and tourists,and the reasonable demands of the core stakeholders have not been satisfied for the time being.There are many problems such as insufficient government guidance,insufficient brand influence,insufficient grasp of tourists’ needs and low participation of local villagers.In order to exploit the advantages of suburbs and promote the homestay,it is necessary to take effective measures such as increasing the capital policy tilt,improving the service quality of homestay,paying attention to the feedback of tourists and respecting the villagers.This paper discusses the development strategy of homestay from the perspective of stakeholders,which is conducive to expanding the perspective of homestay research,promoting the development itself,and further stimulating the vitality of rural tourism in the suburbs,providing ideas and references for the development of tourism industry in areas with similar resource conditions. |
