| As the backbone of company management and the intermediate bridge for internal communication,the ability and quality of middle-level managers play an important role in the execution of company strategies and the achievement of goals.Guided by the competency model and other theories,this article takes the Middle management in the headquarters of SD Company and its subordinate holding enterprises as the research object,and discusses how to solve the problem of matching the post competency of Middle management with the needs of enterprises to achieve strategic planning and development goals in the process of transforming the management model of state-owned enterprises from the traditional "waiting,relying,and demanding" model to the modern enterprise management model.This article aims to understand the current situation of enterprises through consulting enterprise data,designing questionnaires,and conducting behavioral interviews.Through analyzing data and materials,it extracts job competency factors,builds a competency evaluation model for middle level managers in SD Company,and proposes suggestions for the practical application of the model in talent introduction,talent cultivation,and talent motivation,Promote the transformation of SD Company’s human resources work from personnel organization management to human resources management,and better promote the realization of the company’s strategic objectives.In view of the dual characteristics of state-owned enterprises,which are both economic and social,this paper focuses more on the political and social responsibilities of state-owned enterprises in the selection of competency factors.The model has the characteristics of state-owned enterprises and is suitable for the evaluation of the competency of Middle management in state-owned enterprises positioned as platform management enterprises and group state-owned enterprises,It not only enriches the theory of academic research on the post competency of Middle management in state-owned enterprises,but also has strong operability in practical application. |
