Study On The Advantages And Guarantee Of Rural Collective Ownership In China

The collective ownership of rural land is an institutional arrangement established by the state to solve the problem of private monopoly of rural land and promote the optimal allocation of land resources.This thesis adheres to the Marxist standpoint and viewpoint method,comprehensively uses the literature research method,the interdisciplinary research method,the comparative analysis method and the unified method of logic and history,and makes a systematic study on the advantages of this system and its guarantee.Marx and Engels investigated the relationship between land and the development of human society based on revolutionary practice and emphasized that the proletariat should completely transform the private ownership of land into public ownership of land.The generative logic of the advantages of collective ownership of rural land in China is demonstrated in the process of combining Marx and Engels’ theory of public ownership of land with China’s concrete practice.Therefore,based on the long-term practice and exploration of China’s economy,politics,culture,society and ecological civilization,the evaluation criteria of the advantages of rural land collective ownership are determined,and the significant advantages of the system are demonstrated according to the existing results in reality.At the same time,the maintenance of the advantages of collective ownership of rural land in China is not permanent.Under the strong leadership of the Communist Party of China,we should adhere to the value pursuit of the people first,and ensure the continuous optimization of institutional advantages in the comprehensive deepening of reform.This thesis aims to establish the institutional confidence of China’s rural land system by studying how the institutional advantages of China’s rural land collective ownership come into being,the obvious manifestation of the institutional advantages and how to guarantee the institutional advantages,so as to respond to the public and private debates on agricultural land ownership and clarify the requirements of The Times to protect cultivated land and ensure food security.It is helpful to provide a more perfect system guarantee for the construction of a strong country and the rejuvenation of the nation.
