Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, China’s rural land system hasundergone several major adjustments. Overall, the whole process is divided into four stages,the first phase of land reform, the second phase of the agricultural co-operation, the thirdstage is the people’s communes, the fourth stage of the rural household contact responsibilitysystem. These adjustments have affected the development of China’s rural economy invarying degrees. In particular, the emergence of the rural household contract responsibilitysystem greatly liberated the rural productivity and promoted the whole development ofChina’s economy. However, with China’s reform and opening up further and the furtheraccelerate the urbanization process, the rural household contract responsibility system facedwith many institutional conflicts and institutional obstacles. For the problems with the ruralhousehold contract responsibility system, the spontaneous practice from the local to thetheoretical community discussion expect to be able to let the economy move forward in a newway. This article is based on the academic analysis of the practice and theory of land reform,find out the new emerging rural land equity reform will be solve the current problems. So, thisnew way should be studied and extended.
