Industrial cluster plays an important role in the development of regional economy.Facingthe fierce market competition,it is necessary to carry out collaborative innovation in order to maintain its competitiveness.However,collaborative innovation of industrial clusters is a complex concurrent engineering,there are many risks in the process of operation.Therefore,in order to prevent the loss of the industrial cluster collaborative innovationachievements,we must pay close attention to industrial cluster cooperative innovation risk,clarify the industrial cluster collaborative innovation risk conduction mechanism,which has a very important practical significance for collaborative innovation of the industrial cluster risk prevention and control.In this thesis,based on the operation of industrial cluster collaborative innovation system,along the basic route of risk conduction,the thesis analyzes the industrial cluster collaborative innovation risk conduction process,and on this basis,using path analysis method and the method of system dynamics together to build the industrial cluster collaborative innovation risk conduction model,using the simulation to discuss the system,and reveals the industrial cluster collaborative innovation risk conduction basic characteristic and law,and then puts forward control ideas about the industrial cluster cooperative innovation risk conduction.The main contents of this thesis are as follow:(1)Based on understanding of the industry cluster collaborative innovation in the operation process and the risk conduction,first of allidentifyingindustrial cluster collaborative innovation risk,specific risk mainly distributed in two stages,respectively is industrial cluster cooperative innovation elements of the input stage and the industrial cluster collaborative innovation operation stage,including talent investment risk,technology investment risk,capital investment risk,relationship investment risk and so on.Then according to the basic principle of the risk conduction the thesis analyzes the industrial cluster collaborative innovation risk conduction process,a detailed analysis of the industrial cluster cooperative innovation risk source,risk flow,risk transmission carrier,risk conduction paths,and constructsa model of the industrial cluster cooperative innovation risk conduction interact with each other in a logical way.(2)On the basis of the analysis of the risk conduction theory and the industrial cluster collaborative innovation,this thesis constructs a mathematical model of the risk conduction of industrial clusters collaborative innovation.According to the modeling steps of system dynamics,firstly determine the system boundary.The boundary consists of two parts.They are industrial clusters collaborative innovation input risk factors and industrial clusters collaborative innovation operation risk factors.Then according to the industrial cluster cooperative innovation risk conduction theory,the thesisconstructs the causal loop diagram and system flow chart of the industrial cluster collaborative innovation risk conduction system.By path analysis method to establish the flow diagram of part variables in equation system,in order to build a complete industrial cluster cooperative innovation risk conduction model.(3)Based on the construction of the industrial cluster collaborative innovation risk conduction model,the thesis simulated the synergy innovation risk conduction of industrial clusters.Through simulation,it is found that the model can better fitting industrial cluster cooperative innovation risk conduction process,and the sensitivity of the simulation analysis,we found industrial cluster cooperative innovation risk conduction system of feedback strength,feedback speed and risk threshold performance out of the strong sensitivity.(4)Based on the above theoretical analysis and simulation,this thesis from the input elements,the main innovation ability to resist risks,innovation main body to deal with the risk of speed and strength 6 aspects proposed industrial cluster cooperative innovation risk conduction of prevention and control recommendations.
