Research On The Operation Mode And Countermeasures Of "village And Community Stations" In Kaili City From An Embedded Perspectiv

In order to effectively link up the results of poverty alleviation,further develop the rural economy and promote rural revitalization,it is necessary to innovate the grass-roots social governance model,build a comprehensive public service platform in the countryside,and directly provide various practical services to the farmers in the countryside.The joint construction and development of villages and communities not only helps rural governance,but also can promote the healthy and sustainable development of the village collective economy.This paper takes the "Village community friendship and convenience service station" of Kaili City as the research object.Kaili City has strengthened the development of rural collective economy through the construction of " Village community friendship and convenience service station",and promoted the improvement of grass-roots governance,providing a development platform and strong impetus for the city’s rural revitalization.This paper mainly uses the embedded governance theory to analyze how the main bodies and various aspects of Kaili City embed the " Village community friendship and convenience service station" platform and the results achieved.By studying the operation mode of the four typical cases of the village platform,we can find the specific problems in the operation process of the "Village community friendship and convenience service station" model,and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on the basis of literature reading and data collection,In order to provide corresponding theoretical supplement and reference in the field of improving rural grass-roots governance and improving rural collective economic development methods,we hope to provide new model ideas for promoting rural endogenous power.Through specific investigation and analysis," Village community friendship and convenience service station" has formed a good interaction with the served villages through structure embedding,function embedding,technology embedding,relationship embedding and cognitive embedding,and strengthened grass-roots governance through convenient and beneficial services,and different villages are seeking their own development model,which is conducive to the sustainable and efficient development of the village economy.However,the survey found that there are still some problems in the embedded governance process of the " Village community friendship and convenience service station" platform in all aspects,and various models need to be further improved.The main problems include the unclear relationship between the rights and responsibilities of the main body,the imperfect governance mechanism,the lack of local talents and the weak awareness of villagers’ participation.In order to improve the embedded governance of " Village community friendship and convenience service station",and better play the role of this platform in promoting rural revitalization,on this basis,from three major angles,clear the rights and responsibilities of the governance subject,namely,building a benign governance mechanism,and stimulating the endogenous power of the village to provide reference.
