Change Management Research Of Company

With the continuous development of information technology,the construction scale of communication engineering projects has further increased,and the complexity and uncertainty of project construction have also increased,resulting in increasingly frequent changes in the project,so for project integrators in the communication engineering industry,whether they can manage the changes generated in the project will directly affect whether the expected benefits of the project can be achieved,and the project change management ability of integrators has become more and more important.Based on the relevant project change management theory,taking Company A as the research object and Project X as the research case,this paper analyzes the current situation of project change management of Company A,summarizes the problems existing in the start-up process,planning process,execution process,monitoring process and closing process of Company A,applies project management techniques such as RACI matrix,WBS,bottom-up estimation method,Gantt chart,close relationship plotting method,critical path,earned value analysis,etc.,and then proposes optimization schemes,including: effective management of project team,Clearly define project baselines,improve contract claim terms,design a reliable change process,quantitatively analyze change impact,manage project stakeholders,strictly implement change management plans,monitor project changes at all times,and more.It is hoped that the research in this paper can provide useful inspiration to Company A and similar companies in the initial stage of system integration business.
