Research On Village Classification Based On Rural Revitalization Potential And Land Resource Carrying Capacity

At this stage,the problem of inadequate and unbalanced development of villages and towns in our country is prominent.With the obvious problems of land resource utilization,the difference in development potential and resource base has caused the difference in village development.With the proposal of rural revitalization strategy,more and more attention has been paid to the planning and construction of villages and towns and economic development.How to reasonably classify villages has become the current research focus.Comprehensive land resource carrying capacity and rural revitalization potential to carry out village type research is conducive to tailor-made village construction goals and development paths that are compatible with their land resources and economic and social development conditions.Dongtai City and Ganzhou District,both of which are the main grain producing areas,have huge differences in the development of villages and towns due to location conditions,economic development,geographical environment and other factors,and their development potential and land resource carrying capacity are also different.Therefore,this article takes 88 villages in Dongtai City and Ganzhou District as the research object,and uses administrative villages as the basic unit of research.According to the logic of "revitalization potential-resource base",combined with rural revitalization potential and land resource carrying capacity,the types of rural development are classified.According to different types of rural development,development suggestions are put forward to provide guidance for the development direction of villages and towns and the land use of villages and towns,and to ensure the positioning of the main grain producing areas in Dongtai City and Ganzhou District.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Through a comprehensive analysis of the characteristics of people,land and production in Dongtai City and Ganzhou District,it is found that the villages and towns in Dongtai City and Ganzhou District are facing the problems of non-agriculturalization of population,non-agriculturalization of land,and non-agriculturalization of industry.Among them,Dongtai City is in a rapid urbanization area.The rapid development of urbanization has increased the demand for food.Therefore,in the process of pursuing economic development,attention should be paid to the protection of arable land resources and ecological security.However,Ganzhou District is located in an ecologically fragile area,and the development of villages and towns is relatively backward,and is mainly based on traditional agriculture.Therefore,it is necessary to give priority to economic development and at the same time pay attention to improving the quality of arable land.(2)Through the establishment of the evaluation system of rural revitalization potential,the revitalization potential of villages in Dongtai City and Ganzhou District was objectively portrayed.The rural development of Dongtai City is relatively balanced.The number of villages with high,medium and low potential for rural revitalization is similar.Most of the villages mainly grow cash crops and earn relatively high agricultural income.The rural development in Ganzhou District is relatively uneven.Villages with relatively high potential for rural revitalization account for a relatively small proportion of villages.Most villages do not make full use of abundant resources for agricultural production.The industrial scale is small and the industrial structure is single.(3)By constructing the evaluation system of land resource carrying capacity,the land resource carrying capacity of villages in Dongtai City and Ganzhou District was objectively described.Villages with medium-level land resource carrying capacity in Dongtai City account for a large proportion of the total number of villages.The main reason for the low land resource carrying capacity is environmental pollution and destruction during the development of the village,resulting in a decline in arable land and ecological land The sharp decrease in area.However,Ganzhou District is affected by geographical location and geological conditions.Villages with a low level of land resource carrying capacity account for a larger proportion of the total number of villages.The main reason for the low land resource carrying capacity is the low carrying capacity of cultivated land and construction land.On the one hand,affected by traditional agriculture,the value of agricultural products is not high,and the carrying capacity of cultivated land is low.On the other hand,due to the backward economy,villages have less demand for construction land,the proportion of construction land is low,and the population and economy that can be carried are small,so the carrying capacity of construction land is low.(4)Based on the relationship between rural revitalization potential and land resource carrying capacity,it is divided into: high potential and high carrying capacity,high potential and low carrying capacity,low potential and high carrying capacity,low potential and low carrying capacity,and according to Dongtai City and The characteristics of different types of villages in Ganzhou District put forward development directions and suggestions.In the future,high-potential and high-carrying villages should further accelerate the development of the industry on the basis of rational use of land resources to achieve industrial prosperity;high-potential and low-carrying villages should focus on improving the carrying capacity of land resources;low potential and high-carrying capacity Villages should first focus on economic development;low-potential and low-carrying villages should first increase the carrying capacity of land resources,and then consider whether to increase the internal development motivation.
