| As the pace of Chinese economic construction accelerates continuously,human resource management plays a more and more significant role in business operations,which is one of the core contents of enterprises.Selecting powerful human resource management to reasonably improve the effectiveness of human management is an efficient way to promote their development.Therefore,it becomes the focus of many enterprises to pay attention to cultivate talented people.Sufficient talent pool and cultivation enable enterprises to sustain their advantages in a highly competitive market environment.According to almost all successful companies worldwide,training within the company is easier to cultivate talents who recognize the corporate values,stay loyal to the company,have professional skills to serve the business,enhance cohesion,and work as a team.The effective implementation of enterprises’ employee training is of great importance for these enterprises to adjust to environmental changes,meet the requirements of market competition,consolidate the enterprises’ centripetal force,meet the needs of employees’ own growth,and improve the enterprises’ efficiency.In China,many companies,especially some fast-growing or start-up ones,do not pay enough attention to employee training,resulting in incomplete training systems,imperfect training institutions,unreasonable training courses,and unclear training effects,thus failing to achieve the training objectives.Thus,it is very significant for the growth of enterprises to improve the work of their human resource training management,advance their training effect,adopt corresponding positive measures,and boost the reasonable development of human resources.This paper selects a real estate in Nanjing as its research object,which is rapidly developing and expanding.This paper first sorts out the relevant references on employee training both at home and abroad plus fundamental theories of human resources.Then,the paper introduces the basic profile of company Z as well as the basic situation of its human resources.It collects materials about the current training status about this company,utilizing research methods like literature research,questionnaire survey,field research and interviews,to emphatically analyze the issues of human resources employee training management in company Z.On this basis,the causes of these issues are analyzed.Finally,according to the current training status of company Z with the data obtained through the survey,it optimizes the work of this company’s employee training management.It introduces suggestions and countermeasures like perfecting training demand analysis and training organization management,strengthening the understanding of the training concept among all employees,supervising the implementation,enriching the training contents and training methods,and incentivizing policies to reasonably advance human management effectiveness and foster the growth of corporate performance.Furthermore,in order to ensure the successful implementation of employee training,this paper also proposes a relatively complete guarantee from four aspects of institution,capital,resources,and information construction,which provides reasonable advice and beneficial references for the perfection of company Z’s employee training management work.It helps to enrich the contents and countermeasures of enterprise employee training management and improves the training effect.According to the research,it is found that establishing a sound company employee training management and constructing a company’s talent team promotes the development of company construction and achieves the enhancement of overall strength while urging employees to accomplish their personal value.Meanwhile,it is hoped that through this study,it can offer guidance,help,and reference significance on the training work in other enterprises,and provide case support for the structural transformation of China’s human resources advantages. |
