| Due to the development of economy and society,the degree of aging in our country is deepening,the society is facing a severe test of providing for the aged,coupled with the rapid flow of a large number of young and middle-aged rural labor force to the city,making the traditional family support function gradually weakened,resulting in a large number of left-behind elderly in rural areas,so compared with cities,the phenomenon of population aging and aging in rural areas is more serious.The problem of support and care for the elderly in rural areas is more prominent.Therefore,the development of the rural old-age industry has become a new key theme of concern.In 2015,the Xiangxiang municipal government clearly pointed out that actively promoting the rural old-age service,the development of the rural old-age industry in Xiangxiang City has made some initial conditions.After several years of development,although the rural pension industry in Xiangxiang City has made some achievements,there are many problems.Through the on-the-spot investigation of the old-age service institutions and the analysis of the old-age needs of the rural old-age groups,this paper summarizes that there are few kinds of old-age services in rural areas of Xiangxiang City,insufficient effective needs of old-age service institutions,high investment costs,lack of professional management and service personnel,and the scale and scientific system of the old-age industry has not yet formed.It is necessary to build a perfect rural pension industry service system to improve the happiness of the rural elderly in their later years.This paper first expounds the significance of the development of rural pension industry in Xiangxiang,and then according to the current situation of the development of rural pension industry in Xiangxiang,analyzes the problems existing in the development of Xiangxiang rural pension industry,and finally tries to explore the development countermeasures of Xiangxiang rural endowment industry. |
