| Since the global epidemic crisis,the world economy has been severely affected,the industrial and supply chains have been hindered,and international trade and investment have shrunk.Under the new development pattern of continuous expansion in China and the promotion of domestic and international dual circulation,enterprises are facing increasingly fierce market competition.To achieve long-term development,enterprises must innovate management models,update their understanding of human resource management,and actively build a management talent training system that matches their development strategies.They must rely on high-quality management talents to promote management change,pay close attention to management talent training,and use talent development to drive the transformation of the enterprise’s economic development model,thereby updating traditional products and continuously improving service concepts.As a technology enterprise,XG Company has a good development momentum and has signed a long-term strategic cooperation agreement with the government.It has established a collaborative innovation alliance platform,and the development of the enterprise has reached a new height.With the expansion of enterprise scale,business expansion,and personnel increase,enterprise managers need to continuously improve their quality and ability to cope with these changes.After research,it was found that the current development of enterprises has put forward more requirements for enterprise management personnel,but the comprehensive abilities and competencies of enterprise management personnel are not strong enough to meet the job requirements.It is evident that in the rapidly developing era of big data,there are certain gaps in the competence of managers at all levels of enterprises that cannot meet the development needs of enterprises in the current economic context.The urgent task is to optimize and improve the training system for enterprise management talents,vigorously train enterprise talents,and solve the problem of insufficient talent competence hindering enterprise development.Against the backdrop of the disharmony between the development and management capabilities of the enterprise,this article has decided to optimize the management talent training system of the enterprise,design a new model that conforms to the construction of the enterprise talent team in the current economic context,guide the training and development of enterprise management talents,and assist the enterprise in achieving high-quality development.This article takes XG Company as a specific case and takes the company’s management talent training system as the research object.Firstly,the problem is raised,followed by analysis,and finally solved.In the research,research methods such as questionnaire survey and interview are used to deeply analyze the problems in XG Company’s management talent training system.Based on the analysis results,an optimization strategy for the management talent training system of XG Company is proposed in response to its existing management personnel training system.In the optimization strategy,talent training is more targeted according to the competency of management talents,so that the effect of talent training can reach the expected value to the maximum extent,and provide talent capital guarantee for the Digital transformation and strategic development of enterprises.Through the optimization research of XG Company’s management talent training system,this article concludes that the management talent training system should be adapted to the strategic development of the enterprise and the professional development of talents,and clear training objectives and content should be formulated based on training needs.Enterprises should attach importance to training evaluation and provide targeted differentiated training for different training objects.At the same time,it is hoped that the optimization suggestions proposed in this article regarding management talent training can provide reference for similar enterprises in training management talents,and rely on a high-quality management talent team to promote high-quality development of enterprises. |
