| Hotel industry is a labor-intensive service industry,which has a great demand for service staff.Having a professional and stable staff team is the basis for the stable and sustainable operation of the hotel.As a state-owned hotel,YZ Hotel puts forward higher requirements for staff turnover rate control in order to achieve stable operation.How to reduce the dimission rate of staff,especially junior staff,and improve the level of hotel human resource management to ensure the stable operation and sustainable development of the hotel through management measures is the focus of this paper.On the basis of in-depth study and reference of motivation theory and relevant literature on factors affecting employee dimission.This paper first introduces YZ hotel and its current situation of human resource management,In addition,sorts out the current situation of the dimission of staff,and analyzes the negative impact of the dimission of staff on the operation and service activities of YZ Hotel.Then,this paper uses questionnaire survey,telephone interview and face-to-face interview to investigate the existing employees,resigned employees and senior managers of the hotel,and deeply analyzes the main factors affecting the dimission of YZ hotel employees from the aspects of social environment,organization and individual.Thirdly,this paper studies the countermeasures for the main factors affecting the dimission of YZ Hotel staff.The countermeasures include enhancing the competitiveness of YZ hotel and improving the status of employees within the hotel in social aspect.In terms of organization,the countermeasures include improving the salary system,unblocking the career channel of employees,carrying out the people-oriented management concept,improving the construction of training system,and enhancing employees’ sense of identity with enterprise culture.And in terms of individual,countermeasures put forward to establish staff care system.The intention is to take various measures to reduce the turnover rate of YZ hotel staff.Finally,in order to make the solution can be implemented smoothly,paper puts forward corresponding safeguard measures including organization,system,fund and feedback mechanism.And the implementation effect of the solution in YZ hotel is followed up.To sum up,this paper analyzes the causes of the high turnover rate of staff in YZ hotel through systematic research,and makes targeted countermeasures and suggestions.This is positive significance for YZ hotel to stabilize its staff,improve its service level and enhance its market competitiveness in the Post-Pandemic,as well as to improve the living environment of YZ hotel employees. |
