Strategy Research On Agricultural Intellectualization Investment And Precision Management From The Perspective Of Supply Chain

Nowadays,the agricultural intellectualization and agriculture precision are playing an increasingly important role in promoting economic growth,social development and environmental protection in rural areas,and have become the direction of China’s agricultural industry transformation and upgrading.In this context,more and more companies have carried out a series of investment activities aiming at the agricultural intellectualization at the strategic level.In the actual operation of companies,more and more managers have begun to emphasize agricultural precision management at the tactical level.However,there is no research that considers whether agricultural intellectualization investment has a positive impact on the stock market currently.There is no research that constructs a theoretical framework based on supply chain to study the impact of agricultural precision management on corporate performance.There is also no research that builds a problem identification model to explore the problems that hinder the implementation of agricultural precision management from the perspective of supply chain to guide corporate practice.Therefore,this thesis conducts strategy research on agricultural intellectualization investment and precision management from the perspective of supply chain.First,this thesis explores whether the behavior of agricultural intellectualization investment can arouse investors’ interest and generate a positive market response in the short term at the strategic level.It focuses on the agricultural intellectualization investment announcement of Chinese listed companies,and uses the event research method to study the impact of agricultural intellectualization investment on the abnormal returns of the company’s stock market.In addition,we also test the regulatory effect of some characteristic factors on abnormal stock returns.Second,after confirming that the agricultural intellectualization investment announcement has a positive impact to the stock market,this thesis uses the inductive multi-case study method to explore the impact of agricultural precision management on corporate performance at the tactical level.And puts forward a theoretical framework of agricultural precision management based on supply chain,which provides a useful reference for the agricultural intellectualization development and agricultural precision management.Finally,after determining that the improvement of agricultural precision management capability can effectively improve the agricultural precision management performance,this thesis uses grounded theory to construct a problem identification model of agricultural precision management,and explores the factors that hinder the implementation of agricultural precision management.On this basis,it provides practical guidance and policy recommendations for promoting agricultural enterprises to carry out agricultural precision management based on the supply chain.The study finds that,first,the agricultural intellectualization investment announcement brings a positive impact on the stock market.In addition,the factors such as corporate characteristics and investment announcement content also have different regulatory effects on the stock market.Second,this thesis proposes a theoretical framework of agricultural precision management based on supply chain,including the influencing factors of agricultural precision management capability,the relationship between agricultural precision management capabilities and agricultural precision management performance,and the role of adjustment factors(encouraging agricultural policies and supply chain rapid response).Finally,this thesis constructs a problem identification model of agricultural precision management from the perspective of supply chain,including four main categories: supply chain coordination,production resource support,scientific and technological equipment,and structural system construction.It also provides feasible solutions for enterprises to carry out agricultural precision management from two aspects: corporate practice recommendations and government policy recommendations.
