Research On The Mechanism Of Sustainable Development Of Agricultural Reclamation Enterprises Under The Background Of Agricultural Reclamation Reform

Under the impetus of the national economy,modern agriculture in China has achieved significant development,and the scale of various agricultural and reclamation enterprises has continued to expand with increasing revenue.In recent years,with the continuous advancement of rural reform,agricultural and reclamation reform has become an important topic.In response to the problems faced by agricultural and reclamation enterprises in the reform process,such as low economic efficiency,insufficient development momentum,and low management level,how to establish a sustainable development mechanism that meets the requirements of the new era has become a current research focus.For agricultural and reclamation enterprises,in order to achieve the goal of sustainable development,it is necessary to strengthen technological innovation,management innovation,and ecological protection.However,in practice,many agricultural and reclamation enterprises have an incomplete sustainable development system and weak management capabilities,which are not conducive to their own development.Among them,as a typical agricultural and reclamation enterprise,Jinzhou Xiaodong Agricultural and Industrial Co.,Ltd.has a representative and reference value for its development process and experience.In response to its actual situation,exploring the construction of a sustainable development mechanism for agricultural and reclamation enterprises has important theoretical and practical significance.Based on this,this paper takes Jinzhou Xiaodong Agricultural and Industrial Co.,Ltd.as an example to study its sustainable development mechanism.This paper begins by elucidating the research background,significance,and the current state of domestic and international research.It then introduces relevant concepts and theoretical foundations,including theories such as low-carbon agriculture,circular economy,and green agriculture.Next,it analyzes the current status and issues of the sustainable development of Jinzhou Xiaodong Agricultural Industrial and Commercial Co.,Ltd.The basic information of the company is presented,and the company’s resource conditions for sustainable development and existing problems are analyzed.Regarding the identified problems,the analysis focuses on the innovative level of management,the agricultural product market system,the labor employment system,and the land utilization rate.Furthermore,an evaluation and analysis of the sustainable development of Jinzhou Xiaodong Agricultural Industrial and Commercial Co.,Ltd.is conducted.A corresponding evaluation system is constructed,and the evaluation results are discussed.The chosen evaluation indicators primarily include economic sustainability,social sustainability,and ecological sustainability.Finally,the paper provides lessons learned and recommendations for the sustainable development of Jinzhou Xiaodong Agricultural Industrial and Commercial Co.,Ltd.The experiences of countries such as Canada and the United States are drawn upon for reference,as well as the experiences from regions such as Heilongjiang and Guangdong.Policy suggestions are proposed to optimize the sustainable development path of agricultural enterprises.Through analysis,this study has identified several issues regarding the current state of sustainable development in enterprises,including a low level of innovation in management practices,an incomplete agricultural product market system,inadequate labor employment systems,and low land utilization rates.Through evaluation and analysis,it can be concluded that the current level of sustainable development in these enterprises is generally sustainable,indicating the need for further improvement.Based on this,drawing from the experiences of Canada,the United States,Heilongjiang,and Guangdong,this study proposes the enhancement of management innovation,improvement of the agricultural product market system,establishment of sound labor employment systems,and the optimization of land utilization to better promote sustainable development in enterprises.
