| In the 2022 government work report,aiming at the environmental pollution and the contradiction between suppl y and demand caused b y energy consumption in China at the present stage,it is proposed to orderly promote the carbon peak and carbon neutralization work,implement the carbon peak action plan,continuousl y improve the ecological environment and promote gree n and low-carbon development,and supplement the requirements of total energy consumption and energy consumption intensity in the main expected objectives of 2022.The "double control" of energy consumption has once again been highlighted in the government work report,which makes it clear that the main way to solve the energy problem in China is still to focus on its consumption and utilization efficiency,especiall y utilization efficiency.Therefore,energ y efficiency has attracted the attention of more a nd more experts and scholars.This thesis chooses energy efficiency as the research object,anal yzes the current situation of China’s energy consumption from the industrial level,and anal yzes the flow of energy factors among China’s industries,and then m akes an empirical stud y on the growth of China’s energy productivit y and its influencing factors,in order to provide relevant policy suggestions for China to improve energy efficiency,achieve the goal of "double control" of energy consumption and continu ousl y improve the qualit y of ecological environment.In view of the above research objectives,this thesis first analyzes the current situation of China’s energy consumption of various industries from2000 to 2019,and combs out the flow of China’s energy factors among industries according to the change trend of the proportion of energy consumption of various industries in recent 20 years,which provides explanation and data support for the later research on the impact of transfer effect on China’s energy p roductivit y growth.Then it calculates the changes of energy productivit y of various industries in China from 2000 to 2019,and establishes the deviation share anal ysis model to decompose the factors of energy productivit y growth,so as to explore the main factors affecting China’s energy productivit y growth.Finall y,this thesis also calculates the transfer rate of energy factors among China’s industries with the help of Lilien index,which explains the reasons for the limitations of the transfer effect to a certain extent.Through the research,the thesis mainl y draws the following conclusions: at present,China’s energy factors are gradually flowing from agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry,fishery and industry to construction,transportation,storage and postal industry,wholesale and retail industry,accommodation and catering industry,finance,real estate and other service industries;The energy productivit y of industry,construction,wholesale and retail,accommodation and catering,finance,real estate and other service industries increased significantl y,while the other industries showed different degrees of reduction;Internal effects such as technological progress have the greatest impact on promoting the growth of energy productivit y,and the contribution rate of transfer effect has also changed from negative to positive in recent years,and the contribution rate has graduall y increased;Industry has been in the leading position of promoting the growth of China’s energy productivit y for a long time,but in recent years,other service industries such as finance,education and real estate began to catch up slowl y and completed the anti surpassing;Due to some inconveniences and obstacles in the flow of energy factors among industries,the proportion of various industries to energy consumption will eventuall y tend to be stable,which leads to the bottleneck and decline of the transfer rate of energy factors in recent years. |
