| Although our country is a big manufacturing country,but not a manufacturing power.In the face of unprecedented changes in the world,advanced manufacturing enterprises,as the main development trend of the current manufacturing industry and the main body that effectively supports the development of the manufacturing industry,should make more efforts to find a more effective and reasonable way to break the bottleneck,and strive to get rid of the bondage of advanced manufacturing enterprises.To become a high-end enterprise with dynamic core capabilities that can steadily develop and move forward in turbulent times.At present,digital transformation has become an important measure for the high-quality development of enterprises.However,in the process of digital transformation,the innovation performance of enterprises will be reduced.As the basis of enterprise innovation,how to improve the innovation ability of employees and ensure the continuous innovation of enterprises has become a key issue.Based on the resource conservation theory,using the grounded theory and Gioia method,teasing out the digital transformation of the influence factors of enterprise employee innovative behavior in advanced manufacturing enterprises,build the theoretical model of factors that affect employee innovative behavior,and by using expert consultation method to build the model validation.In this study,the expert evaluation is carried out by the pairwise comparison relationship model of the constructed factor indicators,the use of Fuzzy-DEMATEL method to clarify the employees’ innovative behavior interaction relationship between influence factors and identify emotions,knowledge acquisition,working form,innovation expectations,the workplace,exclusion,family,organization culture,organization atmosphere,a total of eight key factors.The hierarchical structure model is established by using the interpretive structure model to make it orderly and hierarchical,and the most fundamental influencing factors of employee innovation behavior are emotion and organizational innovation level and family.The above conclusions provide references and suggestions for enterprises to motivate employees to innovate and improve the innovation performance of advanced manufacturing enterprises in the process of digital transformation. |
