Be maintaining and maximizing business success, Six Sigma is the bestmethod to understand the customer needs, and pay attention to improving businessprocesses. It also improves the company’s core competitiveness, which to become theenterprise strategy.H Company,which has about100years history, started to face more and morequality issues., decline of the customer satisfaction and so on. After H company enter theChinese market, these problem are much more serious than before with the more and morekinds of product were supplied by the H company. How to improve the product qualityefficiently is the most important thing we are facing now,the satisfaction of thecustomer,decline the NG parts in the operation production line, This thesis describes thedefinition of Six Sigma Management and introduces the Six Sigma original anddevelopment history in detail. Last, the thesis use the example of the Vacuum Pump qualityimprovement of H company to introduce the DMAIC method，which was implement inthe H company and through this real case to prove that the value and the effectiveness ofthe DMAICThrough the case of the how H Company implement Six Sigma Management. wediscuss the following effectivness and method of the usage of DMAIC in H company. Also,we would like to present this article to the vehicle companies which would implementthe DMAIC in their companies to improve the quality of their products in the future.
