As China and the other countries being economically connected with each other,it is imperative for overseas students to learn Business Chinese.it is objectively inteaching Chinese as a foreign language especially put forward higher requirements ofbusiness Chinese teaching. Although Business Chinese listening class is of complexnature, and Business Chinese Teaching cross-discipline, the core of teaching inBusiness Chinese is still the language teaching. Therefore, this paper tries todistinguish Business Chinese curriculum from the current Chinese curriculum so as toidentify its characteristics through the Business Chinese curriculum and teachingincluding the property and aims of listening class, and through the teaching practicefrom a theoretical perspective and listening course.This paper, based on the theories like instructional design theory, through themost appropriate situational teaching method and task method that combined with theteaching practice,selects the “business Chinese listening and speaking” tenth class“Investment: foreign enterprises for the teaching design time careful in Chinese” asthe overall design. Therefore, the design differs from other designs in form andcontent. Besides, the reference and assessment are added to each design so as toreflect teaching design of science and innovation,thus also being a contribution ofChinese as a foreign language in the future.This thesis consists of five chapters:The first chapter is the introduction part, including the background, researchcontent and research methods.The second chapter is the research overview. This part first introduces overviewof Business Chinese research, the discussion about Business Chinese listening classand the results of the design of teaching Chinese as a foreign language study, andthen through the summary I concluded and data I collected as well as relatedresearch results in China, so that this paper can get started.The third chapter is the analysis of theories related to Business Chinese. Itmainly analyzes the teaching aims, teaching methods and teaching principles, which included in the basic theory of Business Chinese listening class on which this courseis based.The fourth chapter is the analysis of the teaching design, including analysis ofteachers, learners and teaching principles.The fifth chapter is the specific implementation of the teaching design. In theprocess, the author will make a mark to each design basis and assessment, so as toreflect teaching design of science and feasibility of this design, which is thebiggest innovation in this design. At last, I will draw a teaching reflection.
