Study On C&D Waste Recycling Industry Development Based On The Ecological Perspective

Along with the speeding up of urbanization and the continuous expansion of thecity in China, the generation and emissions of construction and demolition waste(C&DWaste) are also increasing. The main ingredients of C&D Waste such as concrete, brickand stone and other waste has been handled with simple landfill way in traditional way,which not only needs to engross a good supply of land resource but also leads to seriousenvironment pollution. In recent years, although the progress of the C&D wastedisposal technology, the improvement of management and the enhancement of socialprotection to environment have reached a result of regularization of C&D Waste in ourcountry, but there is still a long way from the mature pattern of developed countries’recycling C&D waste. Therefore, it is desirable for guiding and standardizing the C&Dwaste recycling industry. The C&D waste recycling industry is a special kind of bothmarket and public welfare characteristics industry concerned with many interest groupsand complicated interests. The design and implementation of the industrial system andmechanism is particularly important. Therefore, the paper is based on the reviewing andsummarizing of success experiences of developed countries, applying the method ofecological management to build the running model of C&D waste recycling industry inour country, and take analysis on the behavior of the main participation of an industryrole within the framework. Finally, the paper has put forward ways and measures topromote the development of C&D waste recycling industry.This paper is divided into the following six parts:Part I-Introduction. Including background, research design, review, the mainresearch contents, design ideas for future study based on reality and theory.Part II-Overviews’ of recycling of C&D Waste. This chapter begins from relateddefinitions and the scope of C&D Waste and its recycling and then summarizing relatedrecycling path of the C&D Waste in our country, which is laying the technologyfoundation of our country’s C&D waste recycling industry.Part III-International comparison of developing experience in C&D Wasterecycling industry. This chapter introduces Japanese, Germany and the United States’background of the developing circular economy and experience in C&D Wasterecycling industry, based on which summarized references to our country’s building ofoperation mechanism in C&D Waste recycling industry. Part IV-Research on the development of C&D waste recycling industry based onecological perspective. This part is the core chapter, the main content is to determine therange, connotation and the driving factors of C&D waste recycling industry in China,and build the running model of C&D waste recycling industry in ecological perspective,taking analysis on the behavior of the main participation of an industry role within theframework, finally put forward approaches to construction wastes industry Based on theconstruction waste material energy flow system.Part V-Measures to the development of C&D waste recycling industry in China.From the perspectives of government, enterprises and the public respectively, thischapter has put forward measures to promoting development of C&D waste recyclingindustry in China.Part VI-Conclusion. The main research content on the above has been summarizedin this chapter.
