ABSTRACT:The caving method or open-stope method can smooth transit to filling method, in addition to depend on whether the mining technology can transit steadily, importantly,it depends on whether the filling material meets the requirements that adopts,filling ratio parameters is economic and preparation of filling and delivery system that establish is simple and reliable. Research of ultrafine whole backfilling paste cementing filling technology was designed. It integratedly use of field research, literature search, laboratory testing, process design, numerical simulation and other means were performed to study of the backfilling ratio. The main contents and conclusions of this paper are summarized as follows:1) Through the investigation and analysis of the existing program in the system of Tongkengkuang, the backfilling way of using whole tailings as backfilling aggregate was determined; Backfilling ability and backfilling station were determined.2) The physical properties and chemical composition of whole tailings was analysed. The best ratio was concluded through the backfilling ratio test. render or rubber surface filling:ratio (coment: tailings)was1:5, mass concentration was66percent; artificial tiberium spike:ratio (coment:tailings) was1:6, mass concentration was66percent, Room filling:ratio (coment:tailings) was1:10-1:15, mass concentration was66percent.3) The model of backfilling pipeline was selected, and through the contrast critical flow rate and actual flow rate, the pipeline was believed to be reliable. Use FLUENT software simulate flow rate and pressure loss in the process of the pipeline Simulation results show that the ratio of recommended can realize the gravity in under the action of gravity.4) Program of paste-like Pumping backfill in Tongkengkuang was desighed; Design of major facilities program and equipment selection was completed. The total investment of backfilling system was about10.76million yuan.
