So this paper makes use of all pictophonetic characters in"ShuoWen", from "division" and "Hu" these two aspects, enumerates all the relation of pictophonetic characters and calculates the statistics accurately, then illustrates the relation between "zhuxiezi" and "beixiezi" in the aspects of "Kai-He" and "division".According to "Shuowenjiezi"by Xu Xuan, we created the pictophonetic character table, and got 1575 pictophonetic characters' sets totally.From Kai-He to observe the pictophonetic character in "ShuoWen",classification and statistical result as follows: The zhuxiezi belongs to opening mouth, all of the beixiezi are also opening mouth to add up to 962 pictophonetic characters' sets; The zhuxiezi belongs to closing mouth, all of the beixiezi are also closing mouth to add up to 321 pictophonetic characters' sets; The zhuxiezi belongs to opening mouth or closing mouth, all of the beixiezi are opening mouth or closing mouth or opening mouth and closing mouth to add up to 258 pictophonetic characters' sets;The zhuxiezi belongs to opening mouth and closing mouth, all of the beixiezi are opening mouth or closing mouth or opening mouth and closing mouth to add up to 34 pictophonetic characters' sets. Their percentage is 61%, 21%, 16% and 2% respectively. So, there are 1283 pictophonetic characters' sets that zhuxiezi and beixiezi keep consistent in Kai-He, their percentages are 82%. From"division"to observe the pictophonetic character in "ShuoWen", classification and statistical result are as follows: The pictophonetic characters' sets that a zhuxiezi is the first division add up to 341, among them there are 162 sets that their beixiezi is also the first division, their percentages are 48%; The pictophonetic characters' sets that a zhuxiezi is the second division add up to 109, among them there are 40 sets that their beixiezi is also the second division, their percentages are 37%; The pictophonetic characters' sets that a zhuxiezi is the third division add up to 893, among them there are 511 sets that their beixiezi is also the third division, the percentages is 57%; The pictophonetic characters' sets that a zhuxiezi is the fourth division add up to 109, among them there are 47 sets that their beixiezi is also the fourth division, the percentage is 43%; Still there are 123 sets that a zhuxiezi is not only one "division". Their percentage is 57%,8%,43%,37% from the highest to the lowest .The average number of these four items is 46%. Therefore, we think the homophonic formation that phonetic characters' sounds were identical with their phonetic elements in "division" don't become the main tendency in "ShuoWen". However, from "Hong-Xi" to observe the pictophonetic character in"ShuoWen", classification and statistical result as follows: The pictophonetic characters' sets that a zhuxiezi is the "HongYin" add up to 450, among them there are 276 sets that all of their beixiezi is the "HongYin", the percentage is 61%; The pictophonetic characters' sets that a zhuxiezi is the "XiYin" add up to 1002, among them there are 663 sets that all of their beixiezi is the "XiYin" the percentage is 66%.It is clear that phonetic characters' sounds were identical with their phonetic elements from "Hong-Xi" in "ShuoWen".In short, the relationship of the pictophonetic character has the following features: firstly, if a zhuxiezi is opening mouth, all of beixiezi are also opening mouth; if a zhuxiezi is closing mouth, all of beixiezi are also closing mouth. Secondly, if a zhuxiezi belongs to "HongYin", all of beixiezi belongs to "HongYin". if a zhuxiezi belongs to "XiYin", all of beixiezi belong to "XiYin".
