In the educational information environment and the new curriculur implementation background, primary and secondary school teachers’educationa technology ability has been paid more and more attention, and under the new situatio of Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture teachers educational technology abilit problem research are relatively scarce, especially for Yanbian audio-visual librar system to teach teacher education technology ability of attention and research is eve more rare. This part of the teachers’educational technology ability level directl influence and restricts the development of Yanbian area teachers’educations technology ability and improve also affected the country of education informatizatio to promote the work, so this research has especially important significance.Based on the educational technology ability of teachers to understand th development situation at home and abroad, combined with China’s "teacher educatio ability in primary and middle school" and the national standard< > trial of educations information and new requirements (i.e. three through two platform construction) i Jilin Province, Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture of audio-visual educatio Museum (hereinafter referred to as "audio-visual Museum") system, the environmer of the education informationization as the basis, using the theory of adult educatior teachers occupation burnout theory, teacher occupation career cycle theory, Souther Agricultural audio-visual education theory system theory, combined with the countr nearly ten years issued the education informatization policy, using the method o literature, questionnaire, interviews and other research methods, current situation an demand of educational technology ability mainly studies Yanbian audio-visua Museum teachers’ status, influencing factors, difference, Centre for educationa technology training problems, and finally put forward to enhance the Yanbian centr system of teachers’educational technology ability level suggestion.Through the analysis, the paper draws the following conclusions:first, th Yanbian state system of audio-visual hall and teachers’ educational technology abilit overall presents the general level, especially the knowledge and skills are weak because of the limitation of history and conditions, teacher’s individual qualit difference is bigger. Second, the improvement of the hardware and the environmer condition has the obvious external impetus to the teachers’ enthusiasm and the abilit of the educational technology.. Third, strengthen the management, determine th management index, and strengthen the supervision and assessment to improve th technical ability of the teacher education to play a supervisory role. Fourth, strengthening teacher training is an effective way to improve the level of educational technology ability.Facing the problem, this paper puts forward the suggestion: first, raise awareness, update the concept, and enhance the urgency and sense of responsibility of promoting education information. Second, establish and improve the structure of the teacher resources team. Third, increase the intensity of training, especially the training of bilingual teachers’educational technology ability, greatly enhance the level of audio-visual museum. Fourth, strengthen management, pay attention to the theory of education informatization, regulations, policy research, formulation of Yanbian audio-visual museum construction standards, as an institutional guarantee for improving teachers’ educational technology ability, improve the educational informatization level.
