Second, the improvement of the hardware and the environmer condition has the obvious external impetus to the teachers’ enthusiasm and the abilit of the educational technology.. Third, strengthen the management, determine th management index, and strengthen the supervision and assessment to improve th technical ability of the teacher education to play a supervisory role. Fourth, strengthening teacher training is an effective way to improve the level of educational technology ability.Facing the problem, this paper puts forward the suggestion: first, raise awareness, update the concept, and enhance the urgency and sense of responsibility of promoting education information.
