Civil servants,especially women civil servants,are particularly enviable jobs.Most people think that their work is easy,stable,and reliable.But what is the status of the female civil service group? This paper aims to explore the social environment,psychological factors,specific to the female civil servants in C city as the research object,analysis the current situation of female civil servants occupation career development,find the issues facing this group and puts forward appropriate suggestions and countermeasures.In addition to the responsibility of human reproduction and family responsibility,women need to bear the responsibility of social labor.The natural phenomena of women's natural pregnancy,childbirth,lactation,menstruation and other physiological phenomena lead to the contradiction between them and the social production of human beings.When the society is distributing human resources,it will take into account the influence of these physiological characteristics of women on the work,to a certain extent,it affects the breadth of women's career development.The psychological characteristics of female civil servants are gentle,kind-hearted and easy to communicate.They have obvious advantages in promoting team cooperation,improving work efficiency and harmonious interpersonal relationship.However,anxiety,boredom,dependence and ease lead to their lack of professional ambition and competitiveness.The traditional feudal ideology and patriarchal culture still have an influence on the modern society.Most of the people agree with the traditional family pattern of the male and the female.When career development and family needs are in conflicts,women often choose to occupy their families autonomously or passively.The title of "female strong man" is a negation given at the same time as affirmative.Social environment,administrative organization,family and personal factors affect the career development of female civil servants.To improve women's political environment and promote their career development,we need to make efforts from these aspects.We need to improve laws and regulations,optimize the environment of public opinion,improve the cultural atmosphere of government organizations,improve the training and selection system of female civil servants,enhance self quality,establish correct concepts,foster healthy psychology,and balance the relationship between individuals' work and family.Through various efforts and combination of internal and external factors,a benign cycle is formed to promote the career development of female civil servants.
