Based On Data Mining,the Syndrome Of TCM And The Medication Rule Of Senile Osteoporosis Combined With Anxiety And Depression Were Explored

Objective:With the help of the TCM inheritance computing platform(V3.0),the TCM syndrome type and prescription medication rules of elderly osteoporosis combined with anxiety and depression were discussed,providing reference for clinical treatment.Methods:The hospital electronic medical records system for the medical records of elderly patients with anxiety and depression hospitalized in the Department of Geriatric Medicine of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine during 2017.01.01-2021.12.31,the "data analysis" system of TCM inheritance computing platform(V3.0),the module functions of "statistical analysis,prescription analysis" were used for data mining of TCM prescriptions,summarized the TCM certificates of elderly patients with anxiety and depression in recent years,and the rules of drug use were analyzed.Results:After screening,317 prescriptions were sorted out,including 72 sputum stasis obstruction,70 liver and kidney deficiency,66 qi deficiency and blood stasis deficiency,49 qi and Yin deficiency,30 liver stagnation and qi stagnation,and 30 phlegm and heat stagnation.Statistical analysis shows that the following:(1)The treatment of phlegm stasis of 72 Rhizoma,Pinelliae Rhizoma.Conclusion:According to the data results,it is concluded that the TCM syndrome types of senile osteoporosis combined with anxiety and depression mainly include sputum stasis,liver stagnation,phlegm and hot gas knot,and liver and kidney deficiency,qi deficiency and blood stasis,and qi and Yin deficiency.The following rules are summarized: the treatment of the disease in the hospital is mostly based on the "concept of shape and mind",paying attention to the harmony of shape and mind,the overall treatment is mainly healthy,and is good at using the drug taste to regulate the qi,blood,Yin and Yang,to achieve the purpose of shape and mind and treating both the symptoms and root causes.
