Analysis Of The Medication Pattern Of Essential Hypertension Treatment Based On The Liver-kidney Synchronous Theory

Objective:Relying on the Traditional chinese medicine inheritance calculation platform technology to study the prescriptions for the treatment of essential hypertension based on the theory of liver-kidney synchronous treatment,so as to provide a reference for the treatment of essential hypertension.Methods:By formulating the corresponding searching expressions,the literature on the liver-kidney synchronous treatment theory for the treatment of essential hypertension included in the database from the establishment to January 2020 year was searched,and those meeting the inclusion criteria were selected and relevant prescription excel tables were constructed.It was imported into the Traditional Chinese medicine inheritance calculation platform for statistical analysis,including drug frequency,core combination,and cluster analysis.Finally,according to the results of their analysis,their medication patterns were summarized.Result:A total of 161 prescriptions and 170 herbal medicines that conformed to the standards were included in this study.The analysis results were as follows:1.Based on the theory of simultaneous treatment of liver and kidney,the drugs that were used more than 50 times to treat primary hypertension were:Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae,Ramulus Uncariae Cum Uncis,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Rhizoma Gastrodiae,Concha Haliotidis,Radix Rehmanniae Recens,Herba Taxilli,and Flos Chrysanthemi.2.In this study,the medicinal flavors were mainly attributed to the liver(33.27%),kidney meridians(20.51%),and heart meridians(12.01%).3.According to the statistical analysis results,the most frequently-used herbs according to the statistics of "Four Qi" were cold herbs(46.69%);Secondly,more mild drugs were used(26.51%)and the ratio of warm drugs was 16.83%.According to the statistics of five drugs,sweet drugs were widely used(41.17%);The next most important ones were bitter drugs(29.06%),pungent drugs(10.06%),sour drugs(9.88%)and salty drugs(9.84%).4.In the current statistics,there were 17 categories of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),of which,deficiency-tonifying medicine was the most widely used with 479 times of use.The second most frequent ones were in the categories of pacifying liver and removing wind(259 times),clearing heat(247 times),activating blood and resolving stasis(203 times),relieving exterior syndrome(102 times),inducing diuresis and draining dampness(99 times).5.According to the association rule analysis of the prescription,the number of association degrees was set to 32,and the core prescriptions were obtained as follows:Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae,Ramulus Uncariae Cum Uncis,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Rhizoma Gastrodiae,Concha Haliotidis,Radix Rehmanniae Recens,Herba Taxilli,Flos Chrysanthemi,Cortex Eucommiae,and Concha Ostreae;The number of support degrees was set to 24 and the confidence level was set to 0.8,so that 58 groups of Chinese medicinal composition were obtained.The commonly used medicinal pairs were Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae and Ramulus Uncariae Cum Uncis;Rhizoma gastrodiae and Ramulus Uncariae Cum Uncis;Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae and Radix Paeoniae Alba,etc;There were three core clustering combinations,with core combination 1:Rhizoma Gastrodiae,Ramulus Uncariae Cum Uncis,Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae,and Concha Haliotidis.Core combination 2:Radix Rehmanniae Preparata,Fructus Corni,Rhizoma Alismatis,Cortex Moutan,Fructus Lycii,and Flos Chrysanthemi;Core combination 3:Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae,Haematitum,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Ramulus Uncariae Cum Uncis,Carapax et Plastrum Testudinis,and Concha Ostreae.Conclusion:1.The drugs analyzed in this study were mainly sweet and cold;Common drugs were attributed to the liver and kidney meridians,and involve the heart and spleen meridians;The commonly used herbs include Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae,Ramulus Uncariae Cum Uncis,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Rhizoma Gastrodiae,Concha Haliotidis,Radix Rehmanniae Recens,Herba Taxilli,and Flos Chrysanthemi.2.The commonly used herbal pairs include:Haematitum-Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae,Rhizoma Gastrodiae-Ramulus Uncariae Cum Uncis,Radix Rehmanniae Preparata-Fructus Corni-Alismatis Rhizoma,Os Draconis-Concha Ostreae,etc.The core prescriptions for the treatment of primary hypertension based on the theory of simultaneous treatment of liver and kidney are:Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae,Ramulus Uncariae Cum Uncis,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Rhizoma Gastrodiae,Concha Haliotidis,Radix Rehmanniae Recens,Herba Taxilli,Flos Chrysanthemi,Cortex Eucommiae,and Concha Ostreae.According to cluster analysis,the prescription can be classified into three categories:calming liver and suppressing yang,nourishing liver and kidney,nourishing yin and suppressing yang.3.Based on the theory of liver-kidney synchronous treatment of essential hypertension prescription research,medication characteristics were as follows:Treat the disease based on the root,flat tonifying the liver and kidney;Tonifying while dispersing the liver,tonifying while laxation;Taking heart and spleen into account;Assisting to promote blood circulation and remove stasis.
