Study On The Medication Rule Of Encyclopedia Of Chinese Medicinal Formulas In The Treatment Of Gynecological Concretions And Conglomerations Based On Data Mining

Objective:By analyzing the categories,medicinal nature,flavors and channel entries of drugs and high-frequency drugs in the treatment of gynecological concretions and conglomerations in Encyclopedia of Chinese Medicinal Formulas,to summarize the medication rules in the treatment of gynecological concretions and conglomerations,so as to provide reference for clinical treatment of this disease.Methods:Manually retrieving Encyclopedia of Chinese Medicinal Formulas of prescriptions for the treatment of gynecological concretions and conglomerations,prescriptions and drug information were extracted,set up the initial database,carried out standardized database processing,and uploaded to ancient and modern medical records cloud platform(V2.3.5),the platform’s data mining functions including statistical analysis,cluster analysis,association rules analysis and complex network analysis were carried out on the database.Results:After screening,a total of 289 prescriptions were included,involving 281 drugs,with a total medication frequency of 3276 times.The top 6 most frequently used categories of drugs were drugs for invigorating blood and dissolving stasis(703 times),drugs for supplementing deficiency(521 times),drugs for warming the interior(310 times),drugs for clearing heat(278 times),drugs for rectifying qi(267 times)and drugs for purgating(217 times);The top 10 most frequently used traditional Chinese medicines were Radix Angelicae Sinensis(144 times),Cortex Cinnamomi(114 times),Radix et Rhizoma Rhei(86 times),Radix Aucklandiae(77 times),Semen Persicae(69 times),Rhizoma Chuanxiong(68 times),Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae(59 times),Resina Toxicodendri(54 times),Rhizoma Sparganii(53 times)and Rhizoma Curcumae(53 times).The top 3 most frequently used medicinal nature were warm(1265 times),neutral(608 times)and mild cold(351 times),the top 3 most frequently used medicinal flavors were acrid(1889 times),bitter(1526 times)and sweet(1058 times),the top 3 most frequently used medicinal channel entries were liver channel(1739 times),spleen channel(1695 times)and stomach channel(960 times).Seven groups of core medicine compositions were obtained from the cluster analysis of 3 1 kinds of high-frequency medicines(frequency>30).Association rules analysis of drugs in 289 formulas identified 33 effective and highly correlated combinations.The core medicine composition was obtained by complex network analysis of 281 drugs.Conclusion:1.In Encyclopedia of Chinese Medicinal Formulas,the most commonly used categories of drugs in the treatment of gynecological concretions and conglomerations are drugs for invigorating blood and dissolving stasis,followed by drugs for supplementing deficiency,drugs for warming the interior,drugs for clearing heat,drugs for rectifying qi and drugs for purgating.2.The high-frequency medicines used in Encyclopedia of Chinese Medicinal Formulas in the treatment of gynecological concretions and conglomerations are Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Cortex Cinnamomi,Radix et Rhizoma Rhei,Radix Aucklandiae,Semen Persicae,Rhizoma Chuanxiong,Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae,Resina Toxicodendri,Rhizoma Sparganii,Rhizoma Curcumae,Rhizoma Zingiberis,Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae,Sal Ammoniacum,Radix Rehmanniae,Radix Paeoniae Rubra,Carapax Trionycis,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Fructus Crotonis,Rhizoma Cyperi,Radix et Rhizoma Ginseng,Poria,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,Rhizoma Corydalis,Semen Arecae,Flos Genkwa,Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae,Tabanus,Radix et Rhizoma Asari,Radix Aconiti,Flos Carthami and Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae Viride.3.Warm,neutral and mild cold,acrid,bitter and sweet,liver channel,spleen channel and stomach channel are frequently used medicinal nature,flavors and channel entries in Encyclopedia of Chinese Medicinal Formulas in the treatment of gynecological concretions and conglomerations4.Seven groups of core drugs compositions are obtained from the cluster analysis.Association rules analysis screen out 33 effective and highly correlated medicine suits.The core medicine composition obtained by complex network analysis are Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Cortex Cinnamomi,Rhizoma Chuanxiong,Radix Aucklandiae,Radix et Rhizoma Rhei,Semen Persicae,Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae and Radix Paeoniae Rubra.5.In the treatment of gynecological concretions and conglomerations in Encyclopedia of Chinese Medicinal Formulas,emphasis is placed on the combined treatment of qi and blood,the combination of cold and hot medicinals,and timely attack and supplementation.The main therapeutic methods include breaking up blood and expelling stasis,soothing the liver and rectifying qi,fortifying the spleen and eliminating dampness,warming the center and supplementing deficiency,and releasing the exterior and clearing heat,always prioritize breaking up blood and moving qi,reinforcing healthy qi and consolidating foundation.
