Firstly the paper points out that the development zone where all kinds of facilities are located is very important to the protection and development of National Park of China on the basis of the analysis of the status quo. According to the review of correlative theory and practice at home and abroad, some references and revelations are summarized. To set up explicit research background and foundation the paper makes a systems analysis of the structure, institution and context about the development zone of National Park of China from the aspects of financing mechanism, management institution, spatial structure, advantage mechanism, land use and transfer mechanism.
