Studies On The Protection Value Evaluation Of Wetland Nature Reserve And Gaps

By means of help-seeking by letters and on site, data like scientific investigating report, general planning and other related materials of 182 nature reserve of wetland type were collected. Based on the experts consultation method, analytic hierarchy process, quartile division, GAP analysis and GIS technology, the evaluation index system of protection value of wetland nature reserve was constructed, the ranking results of protection value of wetland nature reserve were obtained, and the protection gaps were found out as northwest catchment's basin for example. The objective of this paper was to provide theoretical basis and quantitative support for value evalution, priority construction, scientific promotion, classification and grading, rational distribution, and system construction of wetland nature reserve. The following results have been obtained in this research.(1)The four major series and twelve sets of the evaluation index system of protection value of nature reserve of wetland ecosystem type and related grade interval were constructed, the ranking results of protection value of nature reserve of wetland ecosystem type and the promotion basis of national level and provincial level were obtained, and the promotion list was put forwarded in the end. The system layer of the evaluation index system included the necessity, the representativeness, the ratity, the diversity, the suitability, naturalness, tourism resources function, fishery resources function,water resources function, space resources function, etc. The indicator layer of the evaluation index system included flagship species numbers, the accumulation value of percentage point of endangered species, average annual runoff, oper water areas, water quality, etc. "Protection value index=71" was used as the promotion basis of the national reserve, as well as "protection value index=66" was used as the promotion basis of the provincial reserve.(2) The four sets of the evaluation index system of protection value of wetland nature reserve of wildlife type and related grade interval were constructed, the ranking results of protection value of that and the promotion basis of national level and provincial level were obtained, and the promotion list was put forwarded in the end. "Protection value index=71" was used as the promotion basis of the national reserve, as well as "protection value index=63" was used as the promotion basis of the provincial reserve.(3) After making some basic principle for seeking for gaps, as northwest catchment's basin for example,31 gaps of wetland nature reserve were found out by using the overlay analysis results of the distribution map of the wetland nature reserve, wetland park, and wetland.
