Study On The Development Of Kyrgyzstan In Shanghai Cooperation Organization

With multi-level dynamic development of today’s world, regional organizations provide strong policy support for the co-development and the common interest of countries and regions in the area, promote close cooperation among the subjects in the region, seek a coordinated development of regional stability. Shanghai Cooperation Organization is a new regional cooperation organization of the21st century. Shanghai Cooperation Organization, from development to the present, its organizational goals gradually shifted from the military and security cooperation to economic cooperation. The study of the new regional organization of the formation and development provides certain theoretical support for international organizations in the future and new ideas for regional cooperation model.Kyrgyzstan is a landlocked country in Central Asia, it should further strengthen the social stability and economic development after the collapse of the Soviet Union. It is rather difficult to effectively solve these problems by its own. Therefore it is necessary to have the support of the international organization. From the Kyrgyzstan’s economic development Viewpoint, regional organizations are playing a significant role in promoting the economic development of Kyrgyzstan.Based on the above background, selected Kyrgyzstan and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization and the relationship between them as the important object of study, from the perspective of Kyrgyzstan, on the basis of comparison with other cooperative organizations, research the Shanghai Cooperation Organization in Kyrgyzstan in political role in the military, cultural, economic and energy issues, and provide a theoretical basis for the better development of the domestic economy in Kyrgyzstan.First, careful combing of the regional organizations and the integration of domestic, analyzed the impact of regional organizations and integration of national economic to social development in a certain area. In-depth analysis of Kyrgyzstan from the Soviet Union faced the major issues of social and economic development, such as the security threats posed by terrorism, economic development lags behind economic structural imbalance and other issues; proposed the inevitability of development of Kyrgyzstan with the regional organizations such as the Shanghai Cooperation Organization.
