| Currently, China’s economic and social development is facing great pressure of the transformation and upgrading, which is deeply affected by the world economic structure. To deal with the issues of economic and social development in China, we must uphold the road of economic and social coordinated development. In order to implement economic and social development, we need to understand the level of China’s economic and social development and know clearly factors and influence mechanism of China’s economic and social development. At last, this paper proposed the countermeasures of achieving economic and social development of China on the basis of the front research.There are five key issues to solve in the paper. Firstly, the paper constructed a scientific index system of China’s economic and social coordinated development of dynamic monitoring. Secondly, the paper found a suitable model for measuring China’s economic and social development. Thirdly, the paper monitored dynamically the level of horizontal and vertical coordination of economic and social development in China. Fourthly, the paper explored the factors and influence mechanism of economic and social development in China. Fifthly, the paper put forward to countermeasures and suggestions of achieve the development of economy and society in China.In order to solve the above issues, the paper uses the mixed ways of qualitative and quantitative ways to do the research. At first, the qualitative ways has been mainly used for combing the literature. Then, it has been used theoretical analysis of economic and social development from the perspective of system theory. Lastly, it has been also used to put forward to countermeasures and suggestions of achieve the development of economy and society in China. The quantitative ways has been mainly used for constructing the index system of China’s economic and social coordinated development, monitoring dynamically the level of China’s economic and social development and explore the factors and influence mechanism of economic and social development in China.In the course of the study, a variety of research methods has been used. The data collection methods have questionnaire survey, documentation method and brainstorming method. The data analysis methods have the analysis of membership degree, discrimination analysis, correlation Analysis and structural equation modeling.Under the guidance of scientific methodology, the paper draws five conclusions on China’s economic and social development. 1. Constructing the scientific index system of China’s economic and social coordinated development. According to the procedure of establishing scale strictly, the paper constructs the scientific index system which includes 12 index of economic development and 14 index of social development. At last, the index has been used to monitor dynamically China’s economic and social coordinated development.2. Establishing the model of monitoring of China’s economic and social coordinated development. According to the connotation of China’s economic and social coordinated development, the paper points out that the monitoring model need at least satisfied two conditions that can measure the development degree of economy and society and the coordinated degree of economy and society. According to this understanding, the paper established the monitoring dynamically model of China’s economic and social coordinated development by transforming the deviation coefficient.3. Monitoring dynamically the level of China’s economic and social coordinated development. On the basis of the monitoring dynamically index of China’s economic and social coordinated development, the paper monitors respectively the level of China’s economic and social coordinated development from 1986 to 2012 and the level of economic and social coordinated development of China’s 31 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions by relevant data and the coordinated model in 2012. The index of China’s economic and social coordinated development from 1986 to 2012 suggests that the level of China’s economic and social coordinated development would be in a rising trend and the coordination grades would be also changed from disorder to coordination on the world. From the perspective of the time series, the coordinated development index of economy and society in China’s 31 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions appears more obvious difference. From the perspective of the coordination grades, there are 4 regions of good coordination,8 regions of medium coordination, 12 regions of primary coordination,5 regions of just coordination and 2 regions of disorder in China’s 31 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions.4. Analyzing the influence factors and mechanism of China’s economic and social coordinated development by structural equation modeling. The paper analyzes the influence factors and its grade of China’s economic and social coordinated development by structural equation modeling. On the one hand, the maturity of the market economy and the validity of government Macro-regulation have a positive impact on China’s economic and social coordination development. On the other hand, the maturity of civil society has a negative impact on China’s economic and social coordination development.5. Putting forward to countermeasures and suggestions of achieve China’s economic and social coordination development. Based on the above research, the paper puts systematically forward to countermeasures of promoting China’s economic and social coordination development from the perspective of market-government-society. At last, the paper points out the tactics of promoting China’s economic and social coordination development by improving the socialist market economic system, strengthening the government’s macro-control ability and reinforcing the construction of civil society.
